Privacy Policy
At Novatrixanova S.A.S. we respect your privacy and apply the principles of Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 together with international good practices for data processing. This document explains what information we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
Novatrixanova S.A.S., with registered offices at Av. Corrientes 1486, Floor 7, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789452-3, is the controller of the personal data collected through novatrixanova.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form (name, email address and message), and technical data associated with browsing (IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser, pages visited and referral source) when your cookie consent allows it.
3. Purposes
We process the data to answer your enquiries, manage the commercial relationship, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, improve the platform and, when you authorise it, to measure advertising through Google Ads combined with Consent Mode v2.
4. Legal basis
The applicable legal bases are your consent, the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest in operating the platform securely.
5. Retention
We keep contact form data for a maximum of 36 months from the last interaction, unless a specific regulation requires a different period. Technical data associated with cookies is kept according to the timelines set out in the Cookie Policy.
6. Recipients
We may share data with technology providers for hosting, support, analytics and advertising (for example, Google LLC) under confidentiality agreements and only for the purposes described. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
When an international transfer becomes necessary, we apply adequate safeguards in accordance with Resolution 60-E/2016 of the Argentine National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data, or the instrument replacing it in 2026.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, erasure and withdrawal of consent by writing to privacidad@novatrixanova.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures —encryption in transit, access controls, activity logs and periodic backups— to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with the last update date.
